Semi Annual Fundraising Event
On November 7th, 8th, and 9th we will be doing our 2nd of two major fundraisers for the year, the Monterey Bay Half Marathon volunteering. The location for this is the Monterey Conference Center (Portola Hotel), DeAnza Ballroom.  This is an important opportunity for us to raise a lot of money with relatively little effort. Last spring we raised $2,000.00 doing this. The schedule and format for this is nearly identical to the Big Sur Marathon for those that participated in that event.  As before we will be working the table handing out the race bags and t-shirts.  I'm attaching the volunteering spreadsheet that lists the available position times. I encourage all of you to volunteer and your families are welcome to participate. Please keep in mind I can't change your volunteer information after I enter it (including your t-shirt size.) 

The times available are: 
November 7th (Thursday): 3pm - 5pm
November 8th (Friday): 11:30am-3:00pm, 2:30pm-6:00pm
November 9th (Saturday): 9:00am-12:30pm, 12:00pm-3:30pm, 3:00pm-6:30pm

For those that decide to volunteer I need: 
1) Names of those volunteering
2)Date and time of your choosing
3) unisex t-shirt size(s)
4) your best contact email and phone number
5) birthdays of those volunteering

I will enter this information into the group volunteer page and you should get a confirmation email within 24 hours (usually less) from when I enter the information.
