Systems, Program, and Database Analyst-San Diego
Job Title: Senior Program Analyst
Location: San Diego, CA

Job Description: As a Senior Program Analyst your tasks will include strategic planning and analysis in surface force functions across the Surface Warfare Enterprise and the PESTONI pillars of Readiness.
Required Qualifications:
• Provides support to the customer leads on specific Surface Warfare Enterprise Programs and Pillars.
• Analyzes surface force readiness to define issues and make recommendations for improvement using analytic models and processes.
• Eight years performing the full range of subject specific tasks in a complex and technically demanding project or task environment.
• Prior military experience as a Post Commander Command Commissioned Surface Warfare Officer, or comparable senior level DoD government experience.
• Senior analyst corporate experience in support of the Surface Navy is an acceptable substitute.
• Proficient in using SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Advanced level communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to analyze existing requirements and develop/refine SharePoint productivity solutions.
Education: Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university. (In lieu of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, an Associate of Arts or Associate of Science degree and 20 years of experience OR high school diploma and 25 years of experience can be substituted.)

Job Title: Program Analyst

Job Description: As a Program Analyst your tasks will include conducting strategic planning and analysis in surface force functions across the Surface Warfare Enterprise and the PESTONI pillars of Readiness.
Required Qualifications:
• Analyzes force readiness to define issues and make recommendations for improvement using analytic models and processes.
• Plans the study of work problems and procedures, gathers and analyzes data, organizes and documents findings of studies, and prepares recommendations for implementing new systems, procedures, or organizational changes.
• Collates information into meaningful reports and presentation material. Performs data management of database tables, data elements, reports, and other entities contained in reporting systems.
• Analyzes surface force readiness requirements including program scheduling, critical path analyses and project support/resource requirement determination.
• Five years performing subject specific tasks in a complex and technically demanding project or task environment in the U.S. Navy Surface forces or comparable environment.
• A mix of military experience as a Commissioned Surface Warfare Officer, senior surface warfare enlisted or DoD government experience is required.
• Analyst corporate experience in support of the naval forces is an acceptable substitute.
• 2 years’ experience developing administrative process productivity tools.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Advanced level communication skills, both oral and written.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university. In addition, work toward a Master’s degree in related discipline from an accredited college or university is to be considered favorably. (In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree an Associate of Arts or Associate of Science degree and 10 years of experience OR high school diploma and 15 years of experience performing the foregoing functions may be substituted).

Job Title: Database Analyst

Job Description: As a Database Analyst your tasks will include designing, developing, modifying databases in support of U.S. Navy Surface Force readiness.
Required Qualifications:
• Responsible for designing, developing, modifying databases in support of U.S. Navy Surface Force readiness.
• Analyze, review, and/or rewrite databases or programs to increase operating efficiency or to adapt program to new requirements to include web hosting of metrics; compile and write documentation for database and program development and subsequent revisions; and train users to use databases or programs.
• Trains operators to use programs.
• Experience in SharePoint.
• Four years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• 2 years’ experience developing administrative process productivity tools.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience within the last 5 years developing or producing metrics tools and reports.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university
