October eNewsletter
Dear Fellow Supply Corps Officers and Friends,

Please take a few minutes to read the October issue of the Foundation's eNewsletter--it includes important information related to our Community.

The National Navy Museum

The NSCF is working to establish a Supply Corps footprint in the new National Museum of the United States Navy in Washington, D.C. to promote the heritage of our Navy Supply Corps. The Foundation is excited about the opportunity to share our Supply Corps history with the public, bring awareness to our Community's role in the Navy, and inspire the leaders that will take our Navy into the next century. Want to get involved? Email Foundation Executive Director CAPT (ret) Dan Pionk to find out how you can support the Foundation's efforts in the new National Museum of the United States Navy and bring to life the heritage and traditions of our Supply Corps. Learn more >>

Professional Certification/Licenses Grant Program
Attaining a professional certification can be costly. The NSCF Professional Certification/Licenses Grant Program assists transitioning officers with the costs incurred attaining a certification or license to enhance a civilian logistics career opportunity up to $500. Examples of professional logistics certificates that are available for Supply Officers and enlisted supply personnel are: Supply Chain Professional (CSCP); Foodservice Management Professional (FMP); Certified Professional Contract Manager; and Financial Management Certification. Professional certifications and licenses can offer members a competitive advantage over candidates without certificates and lead to higher wages. Learn more »
