Good morning Naples Supply Community,
In light of the continuing COVID-19 restrictions, we have made the determination to cancel this Spring’s Supply Community Ball. While we are disappointed by this, we are also confident that it is the right thing to do. For those of you who have already paid and registered, we will be refunding your money promptly.
I would like to recognize all the hard work that went into the planning. LCDR Jeff Eom and his committee: LCDRs Krantz, Acay & Herrick, LTs Lawson & Burkhart, LTJG Webb, and Senior Chief Mendez worked tirelessly to create a great event. Additionally, I would like to thank Brandy Radke for her help in pushing word out through the spouse’s groups, it is greatly appreciated.
We are already looking to the post-virus timeframe to ensure that we have numerous other social and professional events where we can come together as a community. We also remain committed to ensuring that our events are welcoming to all our communities: supply officers, enlisted, other service and NATO logisticians, civilian workforce, and families.
I encourage you to use the Supply community for support during this time of restricted movements. For anyone under enforced quarantine, reach out privately if you are running low on groceries and we can work together to ensure you are taken care of.
